Fediverse Tip... (Notification Bell) - If you're serious about change - add notifications to people's profile and try them for a week or weeked with popups... Unfollow after a week(end) if 0 interesting comes from it. (So rather than following everyone, understand them 1 by 1 more personally and fully (them keep or delete/ditch them!)... 

ℹ️ Example message below for your new followers. You can copy the sentiments to help others sort out messages to see your thoughts (better than infinite-scroll spaghetti home timeline and more as-you-go thinking together and reaction times). So for example:
