Deleted my X, Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Amazon accounts. These had been dormant for a long while with statements posted on them saying why I was no longer using them and redirects to my Fediverse accounts urging friends to join me (with some success). But now they are deleted. For those who have not yet done this, I recommend the good feeling you get!

Users are the biggest weakness of any network / Improving user trust is the #1 solution to larger systems of people who fail to share their future AND are not building trust at all... more than just Modern Capitalism right? 

Lately I've had a few good posts about why are failing and missing out the humans themselves. A few post titles are below and short points first.

TLDR:
➡️ User-to-User interaction and progress needed on any network else people stay weak
➡️ personal contact / match-making of some kind needed by individuals and dedicated ppl
➡️ encouraging closer relativity / mutuality and from that projects naturally...
➡️ mutual growing people is essential for wider society, skills and mindset
➡️ not just growing machines!
(that is the way to Matrix!)

These post are so deliciously close to the Holy Grail of togetherness or solving things... saying what needs doing and growing people is the way forward.
Others growing others mean:
apprenticeship /
of each other etc.

But also practically giving ourselves more hints what to do each day or with each other (2 main branches) rather than default "job" and statesmen and middle-people in between who ultimately ruin / misuse it all.

My experience is that even fans or mutual appreciators don't seem to be able to get past a certain level and currently paranoia or "I'm busy" excuses happens (until people see how they can use others) but overall it's about how we all work for each other by building each other up and eventually doing more, especially as all the while communication improves (#1 solution to many things I think).

It's about motivation and enjoyment to from that and then suddenly people are not as busy because they make it part of their life. :thumbsup_hmn_h2:

As usual I write more which I believe Freemo helps shorten for people.

I see the potential from other admins (who generally are more clever / multi-talented / able to multi-task) and users (who can
rrbe better or are clever in-the-waiting) to not miss the obvious point of social improvement but being / living in more of a two-way action and more 'manually' and deliberately doing it each day - it's not any system

Beyond messaging, Automatic things systems cannot do what human need after ability to contact and see each other's profile and work.

So even if it's looking a 1 profile a week more closely and trying to work with them / help or having a broader spectrum of open-access with other... Then slowly but surely real work (people change) happens.

From to to all people are already doing something we might want to be part of or integrate / bridge together - and as a mix of people we're superior to just floating individual having mostly non-dedicated parts of life and one-way / one-message interaction as a way to get away from outside life that I think all this post helps get better inside and out.

"Improving user-to-user interaction" is the main work.

We can do as a main part of 'working' socially which traditionally isn't what today's "jobs" do..

(because "jobs" are more narrow fields / definitions / contracts of work towards profit mainly and at the cost of everything else almost along the way - including emptying the human they use like a battery at the end).

Deliberately-social messaging has benefits which I think people themselves/admins are not doing because, simply others are not doing it.
Once people do it I believe nire will do it (not all).

I believe people love to see progress in themselves and others and doing it gives others the power / potential to help fix things instead of stay of (which is what you see a lot of posts about, powerless).

Everything in their life can be fixed but has to come from this slowly but surely approach while improving friendship or respect (even from afar, lower level to high and vice-versa).

The people work is social change and like human resources we have it largely unused online as I see it. So while it's not for everyone here
THERE IS PLENTY OF PEOPLE

and from those 'peer-to-peer- type post titles mentioned at the start I'd like to ask about this more as I see him as a potential Captain of the football team because basically he's solid enough already which we all need as leader or moderator and so often on the mark.

He has a sense of morality when even if you wouldn't agree you'd thank him for being far clearer, less emotionally capsizing, and more transparent than the other 'leaders' we see currently everywhere.

So does seem to do this work often anyway even if it's a small way and I feel people leave better from conversation and do come back again too (supply and demand!...) so why not this as a part-time thing or helping me to do it with his advice?

Points welcome even if it seems too dreamy... it seems totally doable even if slow-burn...

Freedom is also about undoing what has tricked us (put in place before we were born and somewhat enslaved or bound by). Learning regularly helps get your more understanding and rewards morality to get back some sense of meaning since much has been extracted out almost completely as part of pure-profit programmes or generally re-iterating power and control techniques.

Right now in 2023 I've taken a back seat to the talking to people or giving feedback to everyone, and so given up while not totally given up.

I think education together is a major way.
Some of us speed up and have to wait for others to catch up or not try over-try too hard also to keep the peace often covered up or under the surface.

Free School has been proven over my lifetime as not needing to wait or only believe in others first. DIY = Do It Yourself or at least start... and then the advice or questions come anyway... Start snd Finish fast and people can see better there is progress... often the only thing stopping people in starting anything.

You can interact and ask. We 2 can make best together as free as possible to reach somewhere in thought where alone we might not so quickly.

I mostly create / edit community education audio podcast / music / videos / transcript text etc for good people or other podcasts.

Explaining Fediverse - using email and decentralization ? 

@n00q Reasons why not to use this analogy?:

➡️ People don't understand to start with, so an analogy to try explain something else doesn't / makes it worse / more unclear.

➡️ is still a fairly new word that needs proper explaining itself - it's a bit unclear / murky who owns , what is it as level etc - it needs a basic-shape or diagram to explain it for various things as a kind of template.
A logo star version also helps see things in 'space'.

➡️ Pictures - They are generally easier for people.

I've made a few examples in the past - let me know if you want some random around this...

It's not just about machines... It's not about not adverting ourselves... that feels true regardless of the bad variety...

But Fediverse it is lacking the fan or financial 'department' or people that can help others day to day- which is largely comes from people investing in others

Also respecting money makes this go around and doing that better is something - and is currently ignored and even shunned WHILE people only do money or nothing transactions here on serious level.

I'm against money truly (terrible material) but more and more I respect spreading the load to people as other people CAN do money for them and better than I could (hardly at all)- so we need some 'advertising' people and almost with polar opposite while keeping it people orientated... else there's hardly a magnet here 🧲

So for all the open source- still ALL miss people the $individual who will even work for free so we need a better and yes not just $ystem - and better focused people (I've given up on general folk now)

It's not just about machines... It's not about not adverting ourselves...

@jameslanman Wow I just posted about help about people in general - similar on how to "access the Fediverse" for working together more often on many of these levels... so for answers:

- I guess help join people (like finding your post)

- but also needs you to find people and check profiles and message people...

not sure how else to customise it genuinely even en mass... unless your posts include some material related and you want for people to contact you - but it will be years that way alone!

➡️ most of my toots are about unfairness - understanding it and then what to do about it

(in short it's therapy or circle here of being together online now that the "in-person" life is too conditional and too unhealthy / censored outside).

What can help solve things / everything are strangers and then optionally to make friends.

I really enjoy the idea you could follow but skip things fast unless really everything always comes on your screen and bugs your conscious as mine does about caring stuff!

It grates the eye to see long but the heart to feel understood or see progress in people. Sounds like I need you to feel good or have some condition but this is normal 'Ubuntu' (I am because you are / because of you I exist more)

⭕ Hard to see vicious circles but they are common, and even build up tension and lack of capacity which is why I'm defining it here (both for you / me / others)

⭕ Your life (and the children's lives) depend on it. (this is not to get you to follow or as ultimatum - it's just everyone effects everyone else although they don't want to claim credit for doing less of this stuff and then seeing more bad in the world (don't mean you exactly). If physical world is being cut off more and less spaces to talk, this is also why things can get a bit longer here online since there is no real community in mostly places and all financially born / dying without meaning keeping them alive.

➡️ Even with short time it's ⭐the way⭐ people spend it and how much care - so you wrote very nicely -

➡️ Writing more in return I can see as bad or 'oh God will it be like this every time' but just a one time thing now... and yes not to kill each other if we knew some of this! If you knew all, then definitely skip me and congrats for ace-ing it all already!

➡️ Some people will always blame that there's never enough. But it's the way they do things or don't do them properly and measured with right people.

➡️ If people are constantly ditching people instead of investing ⏱️ - what do you get?

Easy to say type of solutions - but other people are hardly going to grow 🟠 oranges for each as fruit or wisdom that way! And probably just throw each other tomatoes instead going nowhere arguing over orange buffoons!

➡️ THERE IS A TON OF TIME IN LIFE ! Investing it helps everyone /everything.
