Starting to write maybe thinking it's worth sharing but then just clearing screen if I'm not sure why I'm writing...

Problems can be seen in 2 ways.

1. The obvious problem.
2. What is it people are not doing ( the long #list ) which contributes to the problem or result also?

1 AND 2 is needed for #solving #problems.

A lot of people see clearly view 1 but not view 2, so they are stuck in just seeing a result by not really seeing why or addressing the cause(s) [almost always more than one cause of possibility].

So 1 is circular, and 2 is longer to look at and balance as your own view or someone else's.

1 AND 2 is needed.

Examples for what people are maybe not doing:

❓ Are they educating themselves outside of work? ( Self #education )

❓ Do we give them time and space to solve or talk about things? ( Solving it #Together or #Alone ? )

All companies are on many levels working for the Government.

This creates or maintains a conflict of interest between the people when companies are sub-contracted or subservient under Government.

If you didn't have a good Government to start with then the chances are the companies following rules are just going to be similar and digging for similar things ( #profit ).

The main underlying #culture is #Government (whichever you or others are around). I believe this also applies to #Admins and social media.

If Government doesn't care (like your boss doesn't care) then don't expect to fix things.

Perhaps like Conway's law (but not sure)

Perhaps accept you have to make your own or try practice some parts of not just following of the same things (or in the case of Admins, even good ones, what they are not doing is more important to *creating a culture* beyond "just a nice free space" but no real program and direction for people").
