@chrism Ah, thanks, Cris, that confirms my theory. Left it set to Strict, and so far haven't seen any fails. :thumbsup_hmn_h2:

@Absinthe @_lunawinters

"Hotel California"

"Dust in the Wind"

great songs. Let's see the stories. 😉

@moonshine@freespeechextremist.com Probably, heated milk will dissolve it, I think.

Waiting for report. 😛

@chikara Hello Chikara,

I am glad that you got the links and posting then working, excellent. Things become easier as we spend time using the tools, I am still learning things everyday.

Thank you for the link to the gravure, it's interesting, colourful and full of detail of street market life in the 19th century, Edo as you mentioned.

Arigato! 親切にありがとう

@pganssle The hexagons are nice. And I liked the ThinkPad logo most of all. Good taste! :thumbsup_hmn_h2:

@adbenitez

Hay una hash tag similar, pero me parece que es mas para los hackers de habla Hispana. ""

@adbenitez

Why use a BETTER font for your browser?

OMG, so much Better.

Better fonts for the Web exist, are FREE and can be easily installed.

Was getting bugged by the small print and raggedy edge on screen fonts in Mastodont instance.

Silly me, forgot to configure my Font favourites in this newer browser install.

I have used for years and recommend two alternative Fonts. Both were developed specially for on-screen reading.

* Serif font, default is Times New Roman. BETTER alternative is Georgia.

* Sans-serif font, default Arial. REPLACE with Verdana.

Shown on screnshot of Waterfox / Firefox control panel.

Now, Why?

* Georgia font on wiki: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Georgia_

Microsoft page for it, details: docs.microsoft.com/en-us/typog

* Verdana is a better Arial. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Verdana

Verdana on MS Fonts: docs.microsoft.com/en-us/typog

@SecondJon

Thanks for the post.

The book in question is here on Amazon: amazon.com/reader/0593083520

II looked at the preview on the ebook and couldn't find that quote. Might be a pagination issue, being different on a paper edition, possibly.

@ScottAdamsSays_bot

@Asishdavid You are welcome.

I know you mentioned preferring stock android, but there are good alternatives.

For someone wanting more privacy, distance from Google's spying, it's possible to install LineageOS without any of the Google Apps.

Just mentioning. 😉

Xiao Mi is quite popular in India, Europe and other markets they are present in. Sadly not in North America yet.

@Asishdavid It's a customized ROM, much nicer than factory or stock androids.

Used to be called CyanogenMod. New name is LineageOS.
