NextCloud is back up with a 8x larger server. The issue was not enough memory.

Hello friends, I'm trying this out. Let me know if you can see this post.
@orbatos We have the basic infrastructure mostly in place. We are using a nginx reverse proxy that automatically discovers other docker containers and then routes to it and even obtains the SSL certificate for it automatically. It is pretty sweet. Just some bugs to work out the server isnt stable just yet but you are welcome to use it.
