I saw someone mention a mastodon.art post and I just went through their about page for fun. Their blocklists reads like a almost complete instance list by now. Also by their own ruleset they should have blocked mastodon.social and mastodon.online by now because they do federated with a couple of hundred instances they have blocked. But they know that would cause a mass migration away from #mastodonart . I don't know why people still register there with -80% reach compared to sane instances.

I just want to remind everyone that, sometimes, if you ignore problems long enough, they actually do go away!

Even after the switch from Twitter to #Mastodon, and even after migrating from my previous instance to the haven that is @QOTO, I keep on having occasional discussions that I find very frustrating.

@freemo @fedipage Hey man ! Thanks for the reply ! I’m new to this ActivityPub protocol so I gave up pretty quickly on setting up a fedipage. But I think I’ll try once more if I find the time. Your project looks really promising.

There is also fedipage (@fedipage). It looked like what I needed, but I am very confused to what it is supposed to achieve. And I didn't find any documentation.
