People are always going to start untrained, poorly skilled, simply inexperienced... Not saying I have to be the one to train all others either but the main point was either way we start unknowing / without awareness and can't blame too much others for that

BUT some will choose to stay that way so also recognize deliberate bad work.

But for those genuine we have to accept each other being good and bad and build some "thing" that lasts (#FreeSchool for me is that thing but could be any project passing forward the troubles of today in aim of solving it).

STORY ABOUT BEING IN SCHOOL
When I started writing this I remembered people were having fights in school and then really good friends after, I thought how crazy is that - why?
Then I realised they got their emotions out, had a fight to equalise somewhat and deal with things and then after "ok we did that" there was a choice to enjoy each others friendship and even be STRONGER than the distancing other people kept or medium-strong friendship.
Have a fight, then fight together. Life is strange but for some people / main it works.

Sometimes not fighting is worse (bullying, torturing each other)...
At school there wasn't always training each other or explaining to bully and the other to resolve make friends suddenly (I think it could be possible also), so left at young age to yourself I'd say fighting isn't bad... and a good warning to others.

Everything is emotional processed and we need to process that on all levels of life almost all the time, not just at the time of big #problems.

And if you don't respect people have emotional process then you're asking for trouble. And life is trouble either way so you can never avoid toruble, just choose to deal with it. Train better people, see limits etc.

When you have responsibility it magnifies your personal strength but also weaknesses.
The habits transfer into a group if you are responsible for them.

If you leave things uncheck yourself or other leave things unchecked then those things add up but are not opaque or easy to see - so when a container or group fails (a project fails or ship sinks) people can wonder what happened and "why 'so fast'..." not realising the uncheck things were eroding all the meanwhile and it wasn't fast it was constant bad work.

People understand the material side of taking care of thigns but not the people side (almost not at all ignoring people or expecting them to do it by themself).

Why work on something- just wait till it fails? Or wait till people rage in order to ask and then expect even them to know the whole story and long timeline of events. NO!

Material is easy for humans to take care of, you paint wood or move it out of rain - you set up computers for change, but are you doing the people work?

People they don't see how there is rain clouds between others if left alone (always) and how to 'maintain' them as part of you unit or project or even user IS important- there is a maintenance OF PEOPLE!

An #Admins #responsibility is not just #computers (even if traditional it was but now it's catching up with us as tht's how #BigTech and #Capitalism was run so even a charity run as a mirror of that doesn't work or seems to work, but poorly for anything different.

Put another way for contrast:
The #users are the #weakness as much as #admins have weakenesses - All these project not educating their users undo any good work by not pooling and bring up users, and instead keeping them low in mind and #participation.

It's hard on those people who need to be in contact with and give back to planet, and maybe to creator or cosmos to give for good intention / will, rather than for money we can be for so many things as more of a man-made invention / math that is very changeable from far away.

Things from planet can't be messed with too easily or the lack of person managing it makes it better than any one group or person.

We need more communities sharing experience and caring for the earth and other humans, making money to support each other as well (maybe) but not all in money is basically bad math / debt or negative creating.

█BANKS SELL DEBT - This is the root problem like a shop that sell people "money" so money is a kind of debt mostly

(if selling debt is true then you can say it's bad/evil yes, because it's like someone selling you money (which is a bit of 'magic' that man created just because they say so however much - YOU MUST PAY MORE!). Some money that says "100" on the paper is actually someone else who bought it for about 110 (as loan or interest from banks for a house or whatever).

█Imagine you give your friend money but actually that money is worth 90 because someone else paid 10 to get the loan... the paper money doesn't change number BUT the total cost for money in system EVERY DAY gets more expensive as the loans charge %.

█Again many reasons for money but mostly the job of banks is to loan it (sell money, for more!) which is negative and that is directly why society gets negative and loses focus on human things and more number chasing like a bucket with a hole always in it... banks use it to keep people working never-endingly and paying them to sit on money.

█All money comes from bank and then they are re-loaning each money again (almost incorrect action by itself) - even in your account now, they are allowed to do and give to 9 or 10 other people at the same time the actual amount - this is a theoretical fake layer of giving money to others as it doesn't exist but they can lend it over and over... to cover the previous loans (also someone did similar in the 1900's Mr.Ponzi and they made it illegal for individuals but made similar things legal for them!) - All a bit of a scam as usual, never fair or equal.

█There is too much debt in whole system and actually not enough money even if you want to pay it all - so all people are losing and paying for other people's loans, cheapening all money and them adding more and more loans when is mathematically non-existent and not as a concrete something - not much more than "I promise to pay bank more!"...

It's like if you made a bank and started charging people - totally useless and not a service non-material to mankind - just made up numbers even if small percentage is transferred to other things - still root of loans etc is made up, just sign here you promise to pay and we'll take your house if you can't!

█People like this video think it makes them independent but overall the dependency on fake numbers is getting worse as more debt is given and often has come to truth (2008 bank crisis where PUBLIC PAID BANKS for a system they couldn't pay themselves!)

█It's the biggest lie telling kids that there is money when it's just loans on loans on more loans!

Mixture of ways
- Do move on to some extent,
- Don't let them always get away with it to some extent,
- Refrain from extremes and leave measurable links to attempt
- Be ready for extremes added on top even in the stating of things (people make it worse to avoid dealing with initial issue or people work they have to do in answering so a kind of "fuck it delete them / delete everything / delete their account / etc )

This post because THIS IS THE SHIT in ignoring people or not knowing how to improve communicate is naturally done among people and observing others which can be few and far between.

Maybe you think you don't owe anyone but being politically on Mastodon or for anything binds you to that somewhat.., so at some point it is all about alignment of which fixing things all lines up and tries to sort out - communication being fundamentally critical in all of that... can just be too selective...

It's quite similar to when social problems happen and all the people that could of held responsibility or participation to do something then claim "it wasn't them"...
Like when someone in the news did something and it was like oh, look them doing that, so bad and extreme, not seeing totally the person was probably shouting or asking for help before and more people didn't want to solve the shit - even if not all is their fault (I acknowledge that but we are all in this and not many exits but to work it all out TOGETHER)

Also as like the micro doesn't add up to macro problem... when everyone is doing the same way shirking stuff... (not replying or saying why, not acknowledging. blocking early, not admitting a genuine flaw / saying the heard the complaint and saw follow up DM / facts of life / problems / distancing / only sticking to computer stuff when it's all related back to humans)
