@0x_kenny @brandonkpbailey It's a major exploit; we can't disclose it. 😂
On a serious note, it started with this:
Oh forgot to attach this meme!
The joke is that CSS has a principle, unlike most other design tools, that ugliness is better than illegibility. So if you make a box too small to fit it's text...
What do I need to read to be a great at CSS? - Baldur Bjarnason: https://www.baldurbjarnason.com/2021/what-do-i-need-to-read-to-be-a-css-dev/
I certainly encourage webdevs to read CSS-Tricks and Smashing occasionally! If only to keep as on top of what HTML and CSS are capable of today as they are on how to use the latest JavaScript API or framework.
And no, I'm not talking about those hacks based on form styling and sibling selectors. Those don't help my browser engines or Dillo!

This is good. As in, virtuous. Archiving is responsible

Absolutely! #Clojure it's one of my favorite learning platforms, and @draganrocks work leads to way for numerics, linear algebra, etc!

#Clojure has numerical computing punch, and then some more! + You can learn this stuff 'cause there are books! Read Numerical Linear Algebra for Programmers: An Interactive Tutorial with GPU, CUDA, MKL, Java, and Clojure now at https://aiprobook.com/numerical-linear-algebra-for-prog…

Garden makes #css in #clojure and #clojurescript something of a joy. Check out how these selectors work out, and of course auto-updating means editing styles in the browser's editor is much less necessary.
@heikkiket In years of use I haven't had the problem with stuff making it to incorrect devices, but I always tell my pop clients to leave a copy on the server. I don't attempt to synchronize any "read" content, either. Did I dodge a bullet?
@wolfshirts I just learned that apparently Calva requires you to use the repl window as your reply, instead of your actual code. Yeah, until that is fixed, I believe you about "slower". Maybe TDD can help?
RT @dadair_ca
#emacs friends, I'd like to start contributing back to the software I enjoy so much. If you maintain a package (or contribute to Emacs directly) and know of an "easy first issue", I'd love to take a look at it!
@wolfshirts really? That is surprising, since "slow down" is anti-repl. Are you around using the repl CLI? I can see that being a slowdown, as opposed to simply repl-powered interacting with my code in-file
Lately there has been a little chafing at #emacs appearance. I'm quite happy with my low-distraction working environment, though, and don't care for file-trees or LSP helpers.
@freemo :Yeah, it's the term in Computer Science. It's just not one used in Clojure much, so I forgot about it until recently
@bonifartius @swiley Looks like getmail can do that just fine. The question is when and if I should make that switch.
