Uh, alright, solved, seems like the two integrate pretty well and I can save all my attachments on nextcloud.
Pretty cool!
is there anyone here who uses #zotero with #nextcloud #webdav syncing?
I just read this article by my #phylogenetics professor. It is framing a bit the natural sciences as historical, tackles the envy of physics held by many natural scientists and makes an analysis of #Darwin as an ecologist, highlighting how he already pointed out most of what is now the staple of #ecology.
Wildly interesting.
found this video on r/philosophyofscience. I'm not a rap fan, but this was quite nice!
https://trustroots.org is an open source hosting exchange website (like couchsurfing) born in the hitchwiki.org community, and is an awesome one. The android app was in the play store only, but today platschi put the android app in a #fdroid repo:

nice job!
I wrote a while ago about how I switched my #garden from typical #permaculture elements to a more rational and classic food production system.
I think it's working out really, really great. This are the latest pictures, blog post to come in a little while.
I am experimenting with very closed space dense planting, little mulch (most of organic goes to compost) and yeah, I'm digging it. Sometimes double-digging it.
Dear #science community, I'd love your help.
I'd like to get a solid grip on the effectiveness of permaculture as a design system by looking at the published studies. Sciencedirect lists 257 articles about it atm. Eventually, it would be just nice to write an article and put order in my head about the conclusions.
Now, how would you go for such a task?
I am starting by giving a definition of what articles I'll consider and which not and what are my goals, and have set up a database-like wiki to organize studies by theme and comments, but it still look like a vast, difficult task. I'd love any hint, idea, help from more experienced people!
#til that posturology is likely a #pseudoscience.
It seems so infamous that wikipedia doesn't even bother to have a single page or reference about it. Does anyone have a reliable source about it?

Dear #pixelfed people, can we put together pictures in albums in as of now or is for future versions?
a #question for the fediverse: do you archive your emails? How?
I sometimes have nice pieces of email and conversations and I'd like to save them, maybe tag them, you know putting them in place nice and neat how you would with music, in a way that is easy to back up somewhere else.
Something like an old letters collection.
Do you back your mails up? Whats your method?
fun fact: contrary to popular belief, suicides are not actually peaking during holidays, but in spring and fall.
That doesn't prevent many, me for one, to feel like crap during celebrations.
As every year I'm promising myself that next year I'm going to find a way to enjoy, or at least ignore, those evil couple of weeks. I usually forget about it around mid-january, but if someone has a good way to avoid it please do tell me.
This year I went to the office to fix some servers problem, pretending it's not new years eve, but it's working like eating cardboard for a cough.
I went to a local farmers market yesterday, and at the entrance I saw this.
A friend started saying 'that is me and you at the side circles, and the us in the middle, which is bigger than both', but I was all like 'ah, that's #nextcloud alright!'
For a statistics exam I have to choose a dataset, and would like to choose data about the environmental impact of agriculture, or urban agriculture, but can't get more concrete than that... damn, sometimes I forget how the hardest thing is asking the right questions!
Does anyone have a specific curiosity I can satisfy and use for my assignment? =D
I think I discovered a superpower of mine: I'm quite anonymous. I usually have to introduce myself 2-3 times as people don't remember ever meeting me before, and I manage to hang around the same places for a while without anyone saying 'hey, I know you'. If something, I got ask 'hey, are you new here?'. That's so amazing.
My questions for the fediverse are:
* any idea on how to properly test this feeling, like in a good experiment?
* thoughts on how to improve this power of mine?
