@freemo Ah, the Oceans!
Time for a BlueWhale protocol extension. Here's a couple, with a Trainee as well.
This last week ive been trying to cut out a lot of habitually bad habits, including my eating habits. Today is the first day its getting easier and the stress is going down a lot, especially with the diet.
I am tempted to start cutting back on tv too. Its usually in the background and i am fairly productive when its on. But i think it is adversely effecting my mental state and limiting deep thought im used to having. In the past when ive cut out the background noise my mental insights seem to improve, so i think it might be a good next step in personal self improvement.
@freemo I think the Smokey-AF whisky I added left its mark. Its now i. The 40DegC oven and the dryer it gets the more moist I become! (Almost three hours now!)

The moderators didnt raise any objections to you being a moderator, the next step would be to put your nomination up to the community for comment. After we hear community comments we will make a final decision and in that time you can begin learning the ropes and showing how you'd behave as a moderator (help us welcome people, contribute to discourse discussions, etc).
At that point if the community and us still like what we see we will give you moderator privileges on a probationary basis, and then shortly after that youll be a full moderator if all goes well.
