There was still some snow when I woke up. I threw some snowballs at my cat, he caught some of them in mid-air. Brr, cold. He agreed and fled inside when he'd had enough. 😋

Extremely thin layer of snow over stuff outside. Not enough to be wowed by it, and it's far too dark now. It will likely be gone by tomorrow morning.

Maybe I should ask IT at job to buy Affinity Publisher for everybody instead. That software actually seems to be able to do everything one would've expected Microsoft Publisher to be able to but somehow doesn't.

I absolutely love Dark Reader. Teams' built in editors hurt my eyes because of all the brightness. But hey, they allow me to open the document in the browser! Dark Reader to the rescue!

Every time I've worked on my work laptop, I'm always so glad to be back on my semi-work laptop. The work laptop is just a thing of misery because of the shitty VPN connection. Thankfully Teams works on both, so I can continue on this dream that's my semi-work laptop.

*blink blink* Ok that's new to me. I looted a dead lion corpse from the cat-infested cellar. I could 'use' it, okay, so I did, kinda expecting to wear it as a disguise. Then it turned out I placed a nuke.

So, um... I apparently nuked a village, with a nifty mushroom animation.

Now to get my karma up again, I'm a criminal now. 😝

It's still too early to say, but I'm cautiously optimistic about the new nosespray.

I have just returned from the hospital where I took an allergy test. I've got bad news and good news.

Bad news: Seems I've got no allergies to the common stuff. So the mystery of my stuffy nose is still not solved. :(

Good news: I'm definitely not allergic to cats (and dogs)! YAY!!

In the meantime I've received a stronger nosespray that hopefully helps.

I think there should be a lame movie name for this event. The kind where you go to the cinemas with a huge bag of popcorn and just munch your way through the shitty action scenes.

Jeez, I should've invested into popcorn stocks. There's a lot of action at the other side of the pond that could've come straight out of a B-movie.

Since I'm pretty unhappy about the 'fun' to be had in late-game LotRO, time for a new MMO to play! Or rather, time to revisit one we used to play the heck out of back then, but due to non-game related reasons we stopped playing and forgot about it.

I guess I'll be playing this little fella that's waiting for me in my character list. This is simply the coolest race of this game!

Questing around level 80 in The Lord of the Rings Online is so unfun that we're just contemplating playing a different MMO instead.

Questlines are boring and buggy, area is tiring, and I seriously don't care about the Rohirrim and Ents anymore. At this point I just want to throw my hands up in the air and defect over to Saruman already.

And there are so many solo instances that I'm wondering whether the devs still know that this is supposed to be a MMO, not a singleplayer game.

Meh. :P
