The truth is there is risknin everything, and crypto like any other venture is only as risky as your skills dictate.

Ive been imvesting in crypto successfully for a very long time now. The truth is while volatile ive found it rediculously easy to predict. Ive had great success consistently predixting the up trends, as well as seeing the down trends coming. Ive seen consistent success, extremely high gains and very little losses. This is over a 10 hear period.
Long story short, call it whst you want, but ive consistently made money off it for 9 years now and have never failed to avpid the dips.

Thats a ka8ve perspect8ve. High volatility/risk just means if you play the market well you make money fast, if you screw up its slow. The only difference with low risk stock is that you wont know you suck at it, and loose just as much, for several years.
What seperates crypto and lower risk stock from gambling is simply that gambling is chance stocl/crypto is skill.

@mkl I get that way when im highly stressed over long periods. But as long as I am doing ok it acts more as a strength than a hindrance. Luckily I am not easily stressed to begin with.
@mkl As a person who has ADHD I can say I understand why that is fitting but im not sure it is as fitting for some subtypes of ADHD, or even within the same subtype. Like I dont manifest with much trouble with executive function overall, in fact my adhd is mostly positive in the sense that I am an effective multitasker
Nah, I'm the guy who invested when market and conditions were favorable for the short term future of crypto and pulled out my investments when it wasnt favorable.
Crypto is a great investment vehicle if you are a smart investor. If you arent going to read the market go with a lower risk investment.

It's funny. If someone had asked me, seven years ago, "what is the key principle of teaching Physics," I would never have said "mystery." Now it would be at least a top-3 idea.
The only way I know how to teach is this:
1) Students summarize their understanding.
2) We poke the universe with some experiment or activity.
3) Students admit that this makes no sense.
4) We name the mystery.
5) We use logic, more experiments, graphs, etc. to solve the mystery.
6) Students summarize their (new) understanding four ways, naming this their "current model."
7) We poke the universe again, and the cycle of confusion-->named mystery-->model begins again.

@freemo @maze Seems like you need a shield/coat of arms to go in front of it now. Next it will be a suit of armor in this corner to really balance the feng shui; then a period accurate trebuchet in the lounge to "keep employees in line"...
This sort of slippery slope is what we get for starting the accumulation of medieval weaponry as a means of decorations, freemo! I hope you reflect on this and learn your lesson while basking in the envious tears of...well at least me, and probably some others on here who like sharp, shiny things 😂
