I've starting my migration over from the failing bird app to look for a platform to continue keeping up-to-date with like minded folk. I tend to enjoy learning from others in the field and will often post things acute med, obs med or leadership in medicine related.

In my opinion, criticisms of mastodon being unusable by the general public are over blown.

I too think this is really a good decent server; if you check the local timeline, you will discover nice folks around. The editor is well designed, and this server actually allows you to integrate other federated tools, that's fantastic. I also found nice uptime and so on.

They integrate #jupyter notebooks with text editor for version control and is an excellent editor. I will see if we can get the developers here and have a discussion. Great tool!

These days mostly occupied with my gainfull employment and #parenthood
