I'm just wondering why that old man walking his shitty dog always have a bunch of jackdaws following him. 🤨

@dosnostalgic Hehe, I very sometimes still play that via one of those sites where you can play DOS games online.

@ethicsperoxide Ah man.. the poll, I'd probably have answered 4 on there. I miss the glory days of echomail networks, that was -fun-, especially the local ones!

@fribbledom The color actually does not matter. What matters is to have '53' painted on the car.

@LydiaConwell
Does that mean it would be 'he axes'?

Also, threeteen would make plenty of sense.

I'm kind of disappointed. I still don't have 5G reception.

Still very much alive. Got my first shot today.

@fribbledom I use inoreader which has commenting/liking and you can follow people and stuff. Just not federated.

@LydiaConwell Probably more because if you've not been around a bit you are not 'in the loop'.

@TinfoilSubmarine Lol! I can imagine the 'ewwwwww' part. ;) I use my pinky to push the ball out btw.

@TinfoilSubmarine Hehe yeah, that's why there's a hole below, easier to pop the ball out.

The self-test kit is kinda fun. :P At least you're not required to poke your brains out with that one.

@lucifargundam Now to stomp on them! No wait.. that was Starship Troopers.

@2ck ASL and NGT (Dutch Sign Language) have LSF as their root (Le Sign France), so there's somewhat an overlap there at the basis, including fingerspelling. Not 100%, mind you, but still.. somewhat. International Sign (kinda like Esperanto, lol) has a HUGE overlap with those. If you know ASL, you tend to have an easier time getting to know IS.

BSL.. well we know the British like to be opposite of everything, especially Frenchies, and they thought they knew it better and fabricated their own sign language. Bloody annoying, if you ask me. :P Yes, it's totally different.

I know ASL and NGT, and can understand large parts of IS.

@2ck Looks like the old sign that basically shows 'deaf-mute'. Dutch sign language uses that too. But the universal sign nowadays is really tapping the ear once with a scout hand shape I've noticed. Or as I'd like to show to hearing people, tapping my ear twice and shrugging and shaking my head. Kinda hard to miss that one. ;)

@fribbledom Meh, I go game instead because the Fediverse reminds me too much of this world.

@LydiaConwell Hmm, that would be interesting. (And possibly more realistic)

@LydiaConwell
I think The Orville might be better. But other than that: Deep Space 9 forever!
