@mur2501 So it took like almost 70 years to re-check. Ok, 86cm in almost 70 years isn't as alarming as 86cm in just one year. That's about close to 1cm per year. Sounds about right. :) With probably a little growth spurt in 2015. Growing pains in the mountains.

@JonathanMBR Neat. I thought 'hmm, wasn't Victoria Falls one of those places divided over 2 countries?'. After checking out Google Maps, it seems to agree with me and it's divided over Zambia and Zimbabwe. Hope those 2 countries work together to keep the area clean and not too overrun with tourists, would hate to see it going to waste!

That said, yeah ok, not really that surprising. It's actually how mountains are formed. :D When was the last checkup? In which timeframe did they grow 86cm? That's probably the more interesting part to know. ;)

You can also check your instance's About page, a fair amount of the instances have listed which other instance(s) they've blocked or muted. Handy to know if you already have friends you want to follow and want to make sure that the attempt is not getting blocked. But considering you're a newbie, that likely isn't an issue. :)

@sean Yeah I dig the lore of that game, I could totally understand how stuff came to be in that world. It was very nice to get to near the end and be like 'whoa' when unraveling some secrets right there. That left me with a semi-epic feeling which is nice to finish with!

And yeah, Publisher/Developer, that stuff is confusing to me as well. I only know that Wadjet Eye games in general (whether it be published or developed by them) are all of the same general quality. Which is actually nice if you want some consistency.

Another (post-apocalyptic) game I enjoyed was Shardlight. That one's actually made by Wadjet Eye themselves.

@sean Oh man, that is one of my favorite modern adventure games. So nice with a deep story.

It also made me focus on this game studio, they made some other nice adventures in the same style, most of them being post-apocalyptic too, lol.

@pony Lol, nice. I once hacked windows a bit to emulate a dark mode so white backgrounds would become black. Even in Wordpad.

So I went to print out something I typed in wordpad. Result? Whole page was black, with white text. Man...
