*blink blink* Ok that's new to me. I looted a dead lion corpse from the cat-infested cellar. I could 'use' it, okay, so I did, kinda expecting to wear it as a disguise. Then it turned out I placed a nuke.

So, um... I apparently nuked a village, with a nifty mushroom animation.

Now to get my karma up again, I'm a criminal now. 😝

@stux Gorgeous red cat. My parents have one too, and he's ridiculously soft. I mean, most cats are nicely soft, but he was really softer than soft. Is yours like that too? :)

It's still too early to say, but I'm cautiously optimistic about the new nosespray.

@benk It was a horrible decision to be sure. And not the only one that did this. I do remember Rebel Assault, oh boy, that was a great action game back then. It was STAAAR WAAAARS! (we were teens, we loved Starwars :P).

They actually had the actors voice those characters in the game! Oh, cool! Sure, we couldn't hear, but it was still cool and we could put speakers on loud and immerse ourselves there anyway! But, nope! EITHER you had the text on, OR the voice sound was on.

It was impossible to do both....

@benk Then you probably had the floppy version of it. The CD version only was talky. Whoever decided that people with CD players didn't need to read should be shot. Then reloaded. Then fall off a KQ3 cliff. Then reload again. Then have the wizard turn him into ash. Reload. Then um... well, just be eaten by a crocodile because he was stupid enough to walk into that moat, I suppose. :P

@benk I wish I could say the same. When I bought a CD player (it was fancy and new tech!) for my PC I could choose a free game on CD and chose KQ5 out of the CDROMs presented to me.

Alas, it was a talky. And me not being able to hear, it was utterly useless to me. It didn't even have text (wtf, why not?!) so I've never managed to play it. :(

So I kinda got resentful towards KQ5, and basically decided for myself it's probably the worst game anyway, lol.
