Gotta love mom's cooking. Helped her out today so I could learn how to do this particular meal. So godly delicious. :P

Got the sinking feeling something isn't quite right here. It's on top of my mind but I just can't figure it out. This issue might be way above my head. Maybe I'm still too wet behind my ears to solve this. I'd better surf online for a solution.

*Grabs a chicken filet that was put in about 1,5 years ago*

*Prepares the chicken in a meal and eats it*

Neat. I'm still alive.

Yesterday a dove banged mid-flight against my living room window. Don't worry, it flew away. Likely with a concussion. But it is a city dove, so probably no difference there. :P

You can clearly see the contour of that bird plastered on my window. I can easily see the wingspan, it's quite a nice sight. Alas, it doesn't take well to camera, it's barely visible if at all on screen.

Don't buy them: it infringes my moral right (davidrevoy.com/article864/) and they added CC-By compliance just now after fans noticed.

I knew Hexcells Infinite got dark mode implemented about a year ago. I didn't get around to playing it again until recently. Turns out this is very enjoyable, it even has brightness settings for the dark mode! It sure beats staring at a blinding screen of white!

Plus the addition of easy access to usermade levels made this game a lot more replayable. Woo!

@lydiaconwell I've got this 'ginger green tea with a twist of matcha & turmeric' from Clipper and I've tried it out. It was edible, I can drink it, so that is saying a lot coming from me. ;)

I can taste that this is a whole lot more 'herb-y' than the nettle tea, but it's doable. It's also not too strong, but it's stronger than the nettle. I still have to try this out some more, but I guess it's another potential before-bed-tea.

@lydiaconwell I've tried this nettle tea.

My first impressions is that it doesn't taste awful, so that's good! It was a bit blander than expected, maybe I need to learn this taste or add some honey. But even with 3+ minutes infusing it doesn't taste bitter like black tea, so honey is probably not even necessary at all. Just need to try it out some more.

The aftertaste was pretty fine. It even seems to have something sweetish aftertaste, even though I've not added any sweeteners.

The result is that I'm willing to try this more times. I still have a bunch of teabags left, so I definitely can get to experiment with it some more. Might be a nice solution as a 'tea before going to bed' thing!

Today's XKCD is something I can partake in right now! I'm the perfect vessel for whatever common cold virus is roaming around! :P *Cough* *Hack* *Wheeze*

There's this abandoned place which is jam-packed full of Disney-style castles somewhere in the northwestern part of Turkey.

The quality is terrible, outside decoration is either styrofoam or glassfiber, and stuff just... falls apart. And they were supposed to be expensive high-luxury getaways too.

That's like over 500 half-finished buildings littering the landscape, it's just surreal. This video was a pretty cool watch.

Whelp, decided to fork out for my own Netflix account since I didn't get my own profile on the shared family account. :P Got mighty tired of resetting watch lists and all that.
I guess that's a small price to pay for having my whole own profile (and not to depend on stubborn family members).

Buddy works at a recycling center and found a MacBook from 2009. Apparently it needs to be charged with a MagSafe thingy. Are there alternatives to that since he doesn't have this MagSafe thingy? Ordering a $80 one from Apple seems a bit excessive for an ancient MacBook that might or might not work.

Playing a bit of Reigns: Her Majesty.

During coronation I had to spray my perfume at the end of the rite. I do this by dragging the bottle of perfume from my inventory to the head of whoever was talking to me. Fine, I can do that.

Hurray, the coronation's a success! It's over now!

Next person I speak to happens to be a nun, I wanted to spray her as well. So, dragging the perfume bottle over to her head. She went away.

The king popped up, asking why I'm throwing stuff at people now!
I decided to 'spray' the king as well. He went away.

The archbishop came up. He reprimanded me that I can't simply manipulate this court with any old object I have in my bag!
Eh, whatevs. *Throws bottle at the bishop*

Whoopsie.

Finally got around to vectorizing my old avatar so I could easily modify it for whatever insane idea I have got in mind... like Halloween right now. :P In November I might change it to a St. Nicolas theme, whee. For now I enjoy being spoooooooooooooky!

Right, I probably should go to bed. :P
