@freemo @kjr @admitsWrongIfProven Err, depends. We have stamppot boerenkool and you'd usually add some bit of milk through for example. But on a stamppot andijvie you don't need any milk at all?

We use real potatoes and mash them. Of course you could use potato puree but that's not quite the same.

@admitsWrongIfProven @freemo @kjr I just checked. The sauce that came with the salad in a sachet was some mix of lemon and mint. Awful, it tasted so ridiculously sour and I don't like sour salads. If any, I think a light mayo (even yogonaise would work) would fit many a salad. So it wasn't that alien a concept to me. :P

I really enjoyed the latest issue (#368) of Suske and Wiske, "De Rookburgh Rookies". It's a cool steampunk story and with a bit of AI in it. Was a fun read!

@kjr @freemo Not much to see, no old buildings there. It got flattened by the Germans in WWII to set an example, and right after the Netherlands capitulated.

They do have the Cube Houses though. Seems to be quite a challenge to hang up a painting straight. :)
