Looks like it's a former hoofdkantoor, ING already left it in 2014 but is still owner of that building according to the 2nd link. It's now home to various different offices.

But, actually, it did happen today. 2 plates slid off the shed, and the rest I clamped tight before they could as well. Most weren't fastened yet, it's still a work in progress.
