@PriscillaCanada It is morning now, and I've thrown everything wide open again (including the backdoor) for more fresh air and ventilation until it gets to be too warm (might be around 9am, so about one hour left). Then I'll close down everything and turn on the AC to keep it cool.

@PriscillaCanada Turned out it was cold enough and I could throw everything open. It was nice.

@Pat The edges of the mouth are curved up but the rest of the face looks a bit too distorted for it to be a genuine smile in my perception. It seems kinda like shock or surprise to me. So I have no clue what expression this is.

Het is nu lekker koel buiten trouwens. Alles zit al open. Airco is nu overgeschakeld naar ventilatie-stand.

Went to the optician today. It was very comfortable there, their airco was just about right. Not cold, but also not hot.

So when we went outside where it was a bit above 30C, we were like.. oh, not too bad, fine fine.

We went to the supermarket right after, and I think it was like 20C in there, pretty chilly. Nice, but chilly. When we were done shopping and went outside...

OMFG IT IS HOT OUT THERE!

And that kind of experience makes that I put my airco at home not too cold, heh. Except for the bedroom, it should freeze in there.

@lucifargundam Today's weather will be hot. Thankfully 10C less than what yours shows... but still hot.

@barefootstache Yeah, apparently. Maybe the day hadn't been engaging enough and my brain is like 'wtf, no, no sleep yet, you've not experienced enough today!'

So I just end up Redditting or some other lame activity. Might've as well gone to sleep but just didn't feel like it.

The pain is mostly when I actually try to carry or force something with my left arm. Just waving around with it isn't so bad. But maybe I should put something cold around the elbow or so...

Eh, when I moved bucketfuls of soil around... I must've miscarried the bucket once with my left arm. The elbow joint hurts when I try to use my arm. :/

I guess I need to relax the coming few days. Which won't be altogether too hard because heatwave.
