@PsychoCod3r Yeah, I've stopped keeping track since 1999 or so. My study in a foreign country made that I couldn't manage my BBS at home anymore and then I switched over to the big internet which has kept me occupied ever since.

Still sometimes have a bit of nostalgia to the good ol' BBS times.

I used FrontDoor as a mailer and a front-end for picking up calls as well for a BBS I used to run back then. That handled my mails from Fidonet, and some local networks...

My BBS had a fancy editor that my users could use to write messages to the networks, the name uhh... don't recall, but it was a nice fullscreen editor.

And then I used some external editor as well for myself to be able to write all those mails.

But none of them ever showed avatars, so that's interesting.

@zleap I get what you mean, but I've said this already: I'm not interested in the weather bot. My original comment was purely about the ANSI codes, so you don't really need to continue telling me all about this bot.

@PsychoCod3r Ahh Fidonet. I was a point there a long time ago. I miss those echomail networks.

Was on some local echomail networks as well, had a lot of fun!

But where on Fidonet would those avatars be used? I see this screencap is from The DUNGEON BBS, that's a BBS, not Fidonet itself?

I finished watching Hilda, The Mountain King. I've already watched the Hilda series before, and the last episode ended with an enormous cliffhanger. The movie continues on where the series ended at.

My observations:
Movie is very nice, totally a great continuation.
Not everything is what it seems.
Don't mix Witch Magic and Troll Magic!
Stupid doves just won't die.
Ending is satisfying, I feel that this Hilda story is pretty much finished.

I can recommend watching this animation!

@dosnostalgic Heh. Suske en Wiske is a very known comic series here. :) There are more than 300 comics (and I have them all!). No clue about the gameboy game. A shame it's just a soundtrack you're displaying (I'm deaf), I was hoping to get a glimpse of the actual game there.

So, my current Steam Winter Sale purchase consists only of DLCs. The actual games I purchased were all Fanatical bundle games. ;)

Just finished watching Inside Out. That movie's story is so much deeper than its animations would make you believe... I'm seriously impressed.
Usually I take breaks while watching a movie, but with this one I just wanted to continue watching. That's quite an achievement, woo!
