The white people can be blind to unconscious bias... but the non-white people can be blind towards the white people too, thinking them all the same. It's quite an unhealthy balance on both sides.

I get what you mean though (I think?), but I'm the annoying person who's weirdly true neutral or tries to be when looking at an issue.
