First to make a few things clear:
I am autistic myself.
And I have a fairly good understanding of what those kids might go through.

What if they actually _like_ analyzing data and all that? Computers be damned, they're just tools, doesn't mean humans can't have a shot at it too.
Sometimes I am hyperfocused myself, then I make ridiculous lists of lists and whatnot. Waste of time? Oh, _absolutely_, you bet! But was it satisfying to me? Oh _yeah_!

They'll have plenty of time to learn how to socialize, but does that mean you need to put them in a fascist regime that only forces them to socialize and never have _fun_?

After one evening of socializing, I'll be _happy_ to have 3 weeks of no human contact. I don't hate humans, it is just that social contact is _utterly exhausting_.

Maybe try to understand _that_.

@josemanuel How's playing a game helpful for society in the first place? Let them be themselves, they already have to suppress so many feelings in society.

Although this actually sounds useful. They learn to analyze data and compare sets and apply from one to the other.

@gpowerf Zero? Woh, nice deal then. :D Mine's Nacon controllers Xbox style for about 25 euro each. I try to get them as cheap as possible. But I don't think i can get those things for 0 euro. :D

@paradisewreck It definitely was, in a weird way. I'm so used to the Disney version in general that this was... refreshingly different.

But then, that's Guillermo's thing I guess. I'd seen Pan's Labyrinth as well, and that was so totally weird and different. I should watch that again.

@paradisewreck I found it terribly sad. I really don't know if it's great or not. Maybe it is because it evoked such feelings in me.

Damn, the ending of Guillermo del Toro's Pinnochio made me cry.

@josemanuel We're not mostly a free speech one, it was always academic freedom but poorly worded before. I'd suggest to recheck our rules page as that's been updated in the past few months. :)

@josemanuel Could be that the instance admins decided to block Qoto, kinda shafting their users with that too.

@yvanspijk Pixelfed is the Fediverse's answer to Instagram. So you could join a Pixelfed instance or host your own, and see if it suits your needs.

The advantage is that everybody in the Fediverse should be able to follow your Pixelfed account. Even people on Mastodon, which is quite convenient.
