@osfast Geen flauw idee, zo goed ken ik je niet. En als je verhuist, zal ik het ook nooit weten. :D

Ik denk in de eerste groep, tot zover toe.

@osfast
Ik ken anders genoeg homos zonder dramas. ;)

Granted.. ik ken ook genoeg dramatische homos. :P

@osfast Mm, een instance die ons blockt omdat hun admin nogal emotioneel ongebalanceerd is. Fun. ;)

@tripu Fun, I got the same score. Of some I thought 2 answers could fit the situation nicely so it was kinda guessing sometimes.

During break I told the teacher what happened earlier. And she already knows. During teaching she was wondering why her laptop kept making a 'ping' sound, and she recalled that she gave the mouse to us and concluded that must be the reason.

See, every time I turned on the mouse in order to try to connect it to the new receiver, it reconnected with her laptop instead which made that sound. 😂

We got a spare wireless mouse from the classroom next to this office. I had to pair it to another Unifying receiver to create a new set. But whatever I tried, it refused to connect. Everything else I had would pair up fine, but this one mouse just wouldn't.

I went to fetch the original receiver from the classroom to see if it was still paired with the mouse. It was, so I unpaired it and now the mouse could connect to the new receiver fine. Everything finally worked like a charm and I returned the original receiver.

And, um... since the classroom's workspace was right behind the wall behind me... I realized I might've inadvertently done shenanigans with the teacher's laptop. She didn't notice it because she was busy teaching, but I hope I didn't accidentally remove any emails! 😬

In hindsight it was pretty hilarious. 😋

@Lunatech I love coca cola, but I don't think they have HFCS here, it's just not an European thing.

Though I switched over to the supermarket sugar-free brand that almost tastes as good and is half the price...

I'll always love Coca Cola.. and will just get it when I'll eat out (which is maybe once a year, heh).

Also, real fruit juice isn't really that healthy or good for you. Maybe a bit if they are pulpy, but otherwise they're almost as bad as normal sodapop. You're better off eating fruit as-is, or just drink water/tea.

@lydiaconwell Got TNG and DS9 DVDs here. DS9 being my absolute favorite.

@mur2501 Oh wow, that sucks. 🙁 How'd that happen? Any chance of recovery?

@falken
Yeah, check the about page of a server and scroll down to see a list of moderated servers.

If they hide who they are blocking, that's a red flag as they're probably blocking half the Fediverse at that point.

@freemo

@benkirssen Because Qoto refuses to block other servers easily.

Some instances block other instances which won't block the same as they do. Qoto doesn't join in that mindset.

@benkirssen Just a FYI: Mastodon.art blocks qoto, and they won't be seeing your toot.

@sojournTime
Thanks for the video, but it's too fast-paced for me. I'm not too familiar enough with US election style to understand this video. Is there some other source that's got... less moving pictures? ;)

@peterdrake

@jasonetheridge It varies wildly. I didn't even manage to solve today's one, just off and wrong by one letter.

@MartyFouts
Oh wow, that sounds kinda suck. Phone in front of you, and your eyes constantly have to switch between the movie in the distance and the text near you?
I'm starting to understand the complaints of my deaf American friends. ;)
