Lists do allow you to see replies according to its config. Did that not work at all even if you put it to Any followed user? Or are we talking about something different and I misread it?

@mur2501 The interview and hiring process is just part of it though. It's worthwhile if you can still learn some ropes at the actual 'job' itself.

How 'prestigious' is your college here? And how come students aren't trained for the real job market? Do they have to do stupid stuff like copying papers and making coffee instead? That'd not be acceptable here.

@undefined @mur2501 That Campus Placement doesn't sound like a bad concept. Kinda guaranteed that every student will have some sort of internship spot at a company.

Here we have to scramble and ask around if there's a company willing to take in a student for a while.

My job doesn't have issues with this as it means extra hands for us. There's a shortage of teachers and teachers' aides, so we can always use some extra help, heh.

Good luck with your internship, and may you learn a lot at the job! I can imagine it'll be helpful for those interviews.
