@acjay
It's maybe not 100% what you wanted but as I see it there's two ways to go about this pre-emptively:

- Check @freemo pinned first toot, it'll point to the fediblock site which you can import and be reasonably assured that most bad actors are removed from your timelines. Anything else bad you see you probably can report to their admins with results.

- If the above isn't sufficient, you could consider moving to a 'walled garden' instance. They have their own downsides too (like blocking an instance that you were actually interested in following people to), but at least you might be fairly assured that you won't see bad actors, but others will decide which are bad actors and which are not.

That's how I see it at the moment. I wish the moderation tools and such were a lot better too.

@ceoln I'd drink some cola or any other fizzy drink.

@braindouche I don't want 100% touchscreens. That's so inconvenient while blindtyping.

@peterdrake Arcade racers for me like Sonic All-Stars, Riptide, that sorta thing. Might be ones where you can shoot stuff at the opponents too. 😋 May or may not include drifting.

@peterdrake Boardgames, roguelikes, Minecraft, those I tend to replay. Oh and racing games heh.

@sergeant Aaahh. Damn, that was messed up. Glad she survived.

@sergeant Please enlighten me, what is happening in that picture?

@peterdrake Unless it's a great game that's not exactly that replayable. Like a point and click adventure game with a gorgeous story.

Oh right.
I guess I did have a few:
Tales of the Neon Sea, and the The Darkside Detective series. Nice point and clickers. And fairly recently Detective Di was also fairly nice. And I'm busy with Gamedec. On a little hiatus as I don't have the brainpower atm.
Common theme among all those: You're a detective.

Oh and Minecraft is always replayed every year with a different modpack each time.

@peterdrake Define 'best'? Is it most played, or one where you think 'damn...'

Though I wouldn't know which one I thought 'damn...' at. But most played are clearly Trimps and Star Realms for me.

Lemme check my Steam Review quickly..
Oh right, BitBurner was pretty cool re programming games. Sometime I should pick that up again.

Oh I'm seeing a trend.. all those games are free to play too.. :P (Although Star Realms has paid DLCs, which are worth it).

@peterdrake Getting on TV is probably mandatory to becoming well known, yeah. ;)

And no, that name Piter De Vries is off... especially the capitalization. Ever notice how we never capitalize our little words after our name or initials?

Peter de Vries.
Mister De Vries.
Mister P. de Vries.

It's a very Dutch thing. We'll easily spot when a De Vries is Americanized. Or Dune-ized, I suppose.

@LozzimusPrime
Clickers and Programming here, with deckbuilders a good third... 😬

Maybe I should go play more RPGs or something!

@gpowerf From what I see from the site of KontrolFreek, it's just stuff like precision rings, better grip, etc. Mostly improvements that's just surface modding.

But from the picture you show me, it kind of looks like you _added_ extra buttons on the back. That would mean modifying the device in a way to recognize the extra buttons, or..?
Is that plugged in in the front of that thing or something?

@gpowerf How do you extend such a thing on a standard XBox controller? I mean... do you need to mod it?
