@crosswordman Cute puzzle design. Quite a bunch of unusual shapes there, neat.

@clementgoubert Just wondering, does that mean that cancer is extremely rare in those krill? Since they have a lot of.. well.. 'backups' in their DNA?

@favus How long would the shaving normally take before?

@Aikoyori Ooh, in what way, and what kinda laptop? I'm considering a lighter laptop too!

@xasherry Now I'm wondering if that's reflecting on me or... I'm pretty much confused now!

@mc Personally I prefer a small list of hashtags at the end so that the actual post is readable. With our character limit one doesn't really need to be like on Twitter.

@cajun_cheechako Mm, you use Tusky? Just add a picture. Inside the added picture you see a tiny icon looking like an A with a checkmark. Click on there and select 'Set Caption', and now you can add text.

@JonKramer Oh well, off to teabagging your enemies it is, then!

@rrb Yeah, got it. Wasn't sure if you meant it like that, thanks.

This... is totally different from the kind of crypto I'm used to. There are so many unwritten rules (well, actually written, as they were explained right there in the link you just gave)... but.. damn, that's so unbelievably farfetched for so many of those.

I don't think I like British crypto puzzles, heh.

@TheVoidTLMB Wow, I can solve some difficult Dutch crypto puzzles.. but of this English one I understood absolutely nothing. 👀

@JonKramer Make another cup of tea in your murderous rampage, and don't tear the teabag this time. ;)

@lucifargundam Don't drag things out of them. Unless they supply more information that you can actually work with, just ignore them. Don't make this a waiting game for you, make it a waiting game for them. They need you, not the other way around.

@boris_steipe It just depends on the training data. The moment someone gives it bogus data, it'll be untruthful again. It won't be able to determine whether the data was good or bad. It's an eternal toddler parroting stuff around.

mastodon.social has around 158000 active users.
scholar.social has 872 active users.
qoto.org has around 3000 active users.

Usually you can find the numbers on their login page.

500 characters is indeed the default for most unmodified mastodon instances.

158000 active users seems impressive, until you're actually on there. The local timeline goes by SO fast and there's no specific theme so it's just all random white noise that might as well be the Federated timeline. :)
